Tillman Realty, owned by Brett and Jenneane Tillman, was founded in 2004. Their knowledge of the full real estate cycle far exceeds just the buying or selling experience. Both natives of Charlotte, they are very familiar with most of Charlotte’s fine neighborhoods. Brett is a licensed General Contractor and is owner of Charlotte Mortgage Services. He is able to offer invaluable lending advice that can offer you a quick and seamless buying experience. In addition, his knowledge of building comes in handy during the home inspection process.
As a previous Wholesale Mortgage Broker, Jenneane is equipped with the knowledge to help you understand exactly what a lender is looking for from a mortgage applicant. She can typically advise you on what you can do to help speed up your loan process and gain approvals.
